Covid 19 Notice
At Therabliss Wellness, we want to provide a safe, relaxing place to help you with your wellness needs.
Due to many concerns regarding COVID-19, we are taking extra preventative measures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our clients, and staff. Keeping our clients and therapists safe is our top priority. This is being achieved both by maintaining best sanitation/cleanliness practices and keeping our staff and guests as safe as possible.
Staff and Patient Safety
We require our clients and staff members to stay home if they have experienced fever, cough, shortness of breath, or a body aches in the past 14 days. Anyone with these symptoms will not be charged a cancellation fee if we are given a notice before the scheduled appointment begins. If you enter our facility with these symptoms, or the service provider notices these symptoms during the service, the service will be immediately stopped, and you will be charged full price.
Sanitation/Cleanliness
Sanitation and cleanliness are our top priorities. As one of our sanitation procedures, we will be wiping down every possible surface, including, door handles, counter tops, and any surfaces that can be touched by staff and patients. All sheets are washed and each client gets new sheets and blankets are available upon request. Each client will be asked to place their belongings into a plastic basket during the entirety of their session. The basket is disinfected after each use.
What We are Requesting Clients to Commit To You
- Temperature check via a touchless thermometer prior to your service (Clients with a temperature of 100.4 or higher must reschedule their appointment with no late cancel fee or penalty)
- Affirmation that you aren’t sick or haven’t been around anyone that has been sick
- Required to wear a face mask
